They are commonly used for lights, headlights, turn signals, solenoids, boat fans, stereos, gauges, switches, wire-to-board connections, and actuators, making them perfect for demanding environments. SOLID CONTACTS/TERMINALS – Size 16 closed-barrel contacts, 0460-202-16141 (Pin) and 0462-201-16141 (Socket), provide superior stability and corrosion resistance. These contacts are easy to crimp and install into connectors and are rated for 500 mating cycles, ensuring durable, long-lasting performance. HIGH CONDUCTIVITY – The Deutsch 16# solid pin is made from a nickel-copper alloy, offering twice the conductivity of standard brass. This reduces heat generation and improves circuit performance and safety. It supports wire sizes from 16 to 20 AWG and handles up to 13 amps of continuous current. DT IP68 WATERPROOF CONNECTOR – The 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12-pin electrical wire connectors are waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant. Once installed, they maintain their electronic integrity without any leakage or performance loss. Available in optional in-line, flange, or PCB mount configurations.
